Terms of Service

Simply Invite lets hosts create event invitations, share them with their guests and collect RSVP replies. By using the service, as a host or as a guest, you agree to these terms.

• You are responsible for the events you create and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
• Only add guests you personally know and who would expect to hear from you about your event.
• Do not use the service for advertising, unsolicited messages or anything unlawful.

Your invitation link is personal to your household. Replies you submit are shared with the host of the event. You can change your reply at any time from the same link.

Program: Simply Invite RSVP confirmations. If you tick the optional text message box on an RSVP form, you agree to receive an automated text message from Simply Invite confirming your RSVP, at the mobile number you provided.

• What we send: a confirmation of your RSVP, sent right after you submit it. That is the only text message we send. We do not send reminders, marketing or promotional messages by text.
• How often: one message per RSVP submission.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Stopping: reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or email hello@simplyinvite.co.
• Consent is optional: agreeing to text messages is not a condition of replying to an invitation or of using the service.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Simply Invite is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
